Returns

While we want every customer to be completely happy, we are a small business and we DO NOT except returns. If there is an issue with your item, an exchange for a similar item may be possible, but is not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing and choosing the correct size for your item at time of purchase and for asking any additional questions about the item(s) before placing your order. Depending on the item, re-sizing may be an option but is not guaranteed and may be an additional cost. Contact or DM us for options if needed.


Shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Due to extreme delays/unreliability we are seeing with USPS, we currently only offering UPS Express (2-5 days) OR DHL Express (1-3days) for international shipment. UPS and DHL have proved to be fast and reliable with deliveries. Both services offer in house customs clearance which allows for speedy delivery and include up to $100 of insurance (additional insurance can be purchased on the website or contact us). You as the receiver are responsible for any and all import fees. Failure to pay these fees or respond to customs inquires by you the customer may lead to the package being labeled “abandoned” and we will not offer refunds or replacement in these cases. We will not mark packages as “gift”. International shipments cannot ship to PO Boxes, please provide a street address.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

  • ~USPS First Class $5- this is UNINSURED and can take from around 2 days to two weeks to reach you.

  • ~ USPS Priority $9 - this includes up to $50 insurance, additional insurance can be purchased in a separate listing on our website or contact us. This option usually takes 2-5 business days but there may be delays.

  • ~ UPS Express 2-3 Day Air $14- this option includes up to $100 of insurance, additional insurance came be purchased on the website in a separate listing. This option usually takes 2-3 days for deliver but there may be delays.

Once your item ships you will receive tracking to your email, please check your junk mail as well. While we know you are excited to receive your new Red Rabbit items, we are not responsible for delays in shipping once the order leaves our hands and we can only see the same tracking updates you see. While lost items are not common for us thankfully, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages and do not replace or offer refunds if items are lost/stolen so we strongly suggest you choose a shipping option with adequate insurance just in case. You will need to contact USPS or UPS if there is an issue with your package or to make a claim for a lost item if you selected shipping with insurance. If you have any questions about shipping feel free to contact us.


Turnaround
Time

We are a two person team, one making all of the jewelry and one doing all the customer service/shipping/behind the scenes work. Each item is handmade in our small shop and packaged by hand by our other helper here in Lockhart Texas. We often work long hours, 7 days a week and answer messages around the clock at all hours to account for our international customers. But we can only do so much, please be patient with us.

If you purchase a “Made to Order” item or order a “Custom Item”, your order may take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete before it is shipped. Often times our turnaround is much faster, but we add this timeline just as a precaution.

If you need something by a certain date, please contact us to be sure we can get it to you by your needed date. We can almost always accommodate you even if you waited till the last minute to order that birthday or anniversary gift. :)


Custom
Orders

CUSTOMS ARE OPEN! See something on our social media that isn’t on our website? Our website often only contains our “Best Sellers” and a handful of other items, but everything is made by us. Meaning if you see it on our social media, we can likely make you something similar.

We are totally open to make custom items and sizes, but please look at our website and instagram page and be sure that what you are asking for fits “our style”. When messaging about a custom item please include your approximate budget, know your needed size, and include reference photos. If sending reference photos not from our page, we generally ask for them not to be from other artist similar to us. If you like their pieces please reach out to them for a custom order. Our Instagram page includes a “Saved Story” that shows how to measure your wrist for your cuff/bracelet size and for ring sizing we suggest you stop into any local jewelry store to be sized accurately.

Visit Our Showroom

Want to come see our jewelry and other items in person? We would love to have you! We are located in Lockhart, Texas. Our showroom is on our home property about a mile from the Lockhart town square.

The showroom has its own entrance, and we only take one appointment at a time to ensure you have a personalized shopping experience. Because we are not a traditional storefront, we do not have set hours, but we are very flexible and available most days between 10am-6pm. We ask that you contact us to set up an “appointment” so that we can be sure we are available and that we have items available in your desired size and style.

We will send you the exact showroom address the day of your appointment as confirmation of your visit. Feel free to contact us with any questions of to set up a time to visit.
